I created original loops from scratch utilizing different chords. After a few sessions creating samples, I had Jaffar Smith then select his favorite ones. Once I had his selections I did some tweaking and engineering to the samples and prepped them for distribution. Inspiration for the project and artwork are Shuichi Obata who founded the Technics Turntable (model SL-10.)
